I work as a professional facilitator and coach with businesses, teams and individuals around the world. I am also a committed climber and mountaineer, and qualified Mountaineering Instructor (MIA). Climbing gives me the chance to experience amazing challenges in wonderful places with great friends. It also helps me to develop my own personal understanding of the human factors that enable success and high performance. I believe that this adds value to the work I do in business. Therefore the aim of my blog is to provide clients, colleagues and friends with an insight into my recent work and adventures, and to make the link between the two.
